Good morning all,
I was working on a butterfly panel over the weekend and heat embossed some butterflies with the intention of doing a lovely multi coloured blended background. However, as I completed the panel I realised it really had not worked the way I had intended!! So back to the drawing board and you will see the results I was really looking for later in the year as I was creating for one of my DT positions.
So this left me with some lovely Distress Ink blended butterflies to use up. I decided to cut them out and give them a black background to really make them pop!

ReplyDeleteThose butterflies certainly pop against the black background, butterflies are definitely a sign of spring. I saw quite a few peacock ones the other morning basking in the sun as well as lots of small tortoiseshell ones flitting around. Thanks for sharing at Uniko. :)
ReplyDeleteJust love the pop of colour against the black!
