Ooo looky here, I've managed a second quick card to enter into three challenges this time (I coordinated!).
Again a stamp set I received with an old magazine and the red and pink colours for the following two challenges:

The central focus is from this challenge:
Addicted to CAS: Challenge #275

Morning all,
I was inspired to do some emboss resist following this lovely example by Anita. I started off with the Uniko Background Builders Arts Decoratifs stamp set and repeatedly heat emboss one line of the set in white. I then used metallic watercolours to create a wash across the card in various colours.
For my next card I heat embossed the Uniko Large Background: Scattered Polka Hearts stamp in white and did an ombre wash using four different blue inks. I white heat embossed one of the hearts from Uniko Always & Forever set, ink washed and fussy cut before adhering to the background with foam pads.
Good morning all,
Who fancies a GIVEAWAY?! You do? Well read on…
This year at Uniko we will be revisiting so older but still much loved Uniko products and doing a Brand Ambassador blog hop and giveaway as we go. The intention is to do this every other month.
This month we are revisiting Uniko Beautiful Blooms I stamp set and matching dies. These can be purchased as a bundle or as separate items. This is one of my favourite Uniko sets so I’m very pleased to be kicking off the year with it.
With my first card I wanted to create a bouquet of flowers so I used the smaller of the two blooms, stems and leaves and stamped each three times using various different colours or shades. For the bloom heads I inked the whole stamp in a lighter shade and the inner section in a darker tone. Once dry I die cut the elements and adhered them onto a piece of watercolour card which I had inked in one corner. Finally I stamped the sentiment in a bold black ink using Uniko Birthday Sentiments stamp set. It has such a lovely font it works well in the open space at the top of the card.
Initially I was going to create a floating frame on my second card but then I remembered the last time I tried this and how it was quite tricky with the middle cut out so I opted to do the floating elements to one side instead. I wanted to ink the florals up in black as I knew they would still look superb. (I just love the style of this bloom!). I decided this would work well as a sympathy card so I took the sentiment from the Uniko Paw Print Hearts stamp set.
My final card uses only the smaller leaves from the set to show how you can make great cards using the smaller elements of a stamp set. Again I have used Uniko Birthday Sentiments stamp set for the fun sentiment.
Now as promised, here is the blog hop for you to leave lovely comments and you will be entered into a draw to win the Uniko Beautiful Blooms I stamp and dies (or an alternative prize to the same value if you already own this set):
I hope you have all been enjoying Bev’s introductions to the Oct release all this week? If you’ve missed any you can find them here, here, here and here!
So first for the product reveal today we have Uniko Big & Bold Thank / s / ful. This adds to the ‘Big & Bold’ series and has lots of elements to play around with to create the perfect sentiment.
I thought the main sentiment might be big enough to hold my Wow! One Hundred and One embossing powder and thankfully (no pun intended) I was right as I hardly get to use this embossing ‘powder’. The grains are much larger than regular powder and it’s really hard to get it to stick to the embossing ink, plus it’s no good for detailed stamps. But it worked great here over my ink blended strip. I wasn’t intending on adding the die cut hearts but I managed to make a smudge to the top left just as I was finishing up (annoying!).
Next up on the release we have Uniko Autumn Serenade which also adds to the lovely ‘Serenade’ series with its cascading beauty.
Of course I had to use the colours of autumn here and I was able to carefully ink up different parts of the stamp in different colours before stamping onto the white card. I love the script of the word Autumn in this set too.
Now for an addition to the florals in the Uniko store and this one is a beauty called Remembrance.
My card is not that dissimilar to Bev’s on the introduction post but I can assure you we hadn’t seen each others cards before we made these!! I created a ombré ink blended panel onto which I heat embossed the Framed Snowflakes stamp. The sentiment is from the Uniko Christmas Wishes stamp set.
And that’s it for the release this month but don’t forget to join in with the Brand Ambassador blog hop and you could win the entire release!
Hope you have fun along your journey!
Much love

Morning all,
For this month’s Uniko Brand Ambassador Inspiration post I wanted to use something with a matching die so I chose Uniko Originally Organic stamp and die bundle.
The main stamp in the set is so beautifully intricate and I thought it would be nice to team it with contrasting backgrounds using Uniko Background Blocks Diagonal Stripes, Horizontal Stripe and Rays.
For each card I stamped, coloured and die cut the Originally Organic image and on a different piece of card I stamped the background block. I die cut the Originally Organic flourish from the background block and inlaid the coloured image before adding a sentiment.
All three work really well with the background blocks. I think the last one is my favourite.
While I was clearing up my desk I then realised that the ‘waste’ pieces cut from the backgrounds above looked really cool so I stamped them with the Originally Organic flourish. I didn’t feel the need to colour them as the had the colour from the BB stamp. I kept these cards very CAS, and happily made another three very quick cards.
A very productive craft session and I’m pleased wi was able to make three more ‘bonus’ cards and not waste any papercraft bits!

Morning all,
Welcome to the first day of introductions of the Uniko May / June release. Today we have the Uniko Stencil Flower Power #4 which can be used as a stand alone stencil or with the Uniko Flower Power #4 stamp set.
I created a lovely rainbow effect with lots of masking and lots of different inks. It took a while to create but so satisfying to thee the end result once the stencil is removed!
My second card couldn’t be more different with a simple one colour tone for a more muted creation. Here I added the little accent stamps from the Flower Power #4 stamp set.
Don't forget to hop over to the Uniko blog and check out the beautiful creations by the rest of the Brand Ambassadors. My card isn’t the only rainbow beauty created using this fabulous stencil!
Much love

Hi everyone,
It’s a double introduction today on the Uniko July 2022 mini release.
First we have the Uniko Paw Print Hearts stamp set. This set had definitely filled a gap in my collection. I kept my card CAS and teamed the new Paw Print Hearts set with Background Blocks Grid.
Next we have the Uniko Scattered Polka Hearts stencil which would work perfectly with the stamp set above too, but I chose to make a heart shaped shaker using a shadow effect with white and red ink.
Head over to the Uniko blog to see more fabulous inspiration from the Brand Ambassadors and leave them some love to match the heart theme of both todays products.
Much love

Good morning all,
Welcome to this month's Uniko Brand Ambassador inspiration. This month I decided to focus on the beautiful Pure Florals: Lily.
My preferred method of colouring is alcohol markers so that's where I started. Initially I was going to use a white card base but I felt the Kraft base really lifted the florals. I added a simple embossed border before heat embossing the sentiment and adhering the florals with foam pads.
I wanted to push myself and try out colouring with coloured pencils too, and see how different the result was.
As you can see the result is much more subtle. Now, I don't have the best set of colouring pencils. I've always resisted investing in the very expensive ones as I just don't think I'll get the use out of them like I do with my alcohol markers.
Which version do you prefer and what is your preferred method of colouring? I'd love to be better with water colours too...maybe I'll try that soon and share with you too.
Much loveGood morning all,
Welcome to the Uniko 10th Birthday February 2022 Reveal, Release, Brand Ambassador Blog Hop and GIVEAWAY!!
So, no procrastinating today, straight into the product reveals and more of my cards using them.
Background Blocks Cogs:
My first card (here) was a masculine design so for today's card I have gone feminine and used a sentiment from the BIG & BOLD You stamp set (also on this release) that struck a cord with me:
Next up we have Background Blocks Splatters:
This is such a fun stamp and here I have used only the top part where I have repeat stamped and coloured before layering up with foam pads. It's sort of a decoupage effect.
