Uniko January 2025 Release - Reintroducing... Background Builders Flower Power

Good morning,

Today we are introducing the final product on the Uniko January 2025 release and this is in fact a reintroduction of a previously released stamp set. I was not actually aware of this stamp set previously so I was able to look at it with fresh eyes and I have to say it's a really fun set, Uniko Background Builders Flower Power.

I really like this repeat pattern in the black and white and thought it would look great with a sentiment die cut out of the background but reinserted with the inner part coloured in. I have of course used the Uniko Big & Bold Wish stamp set with coordinating die set which can also be bought as a bundle

This lovely card was great fun to make with the different coloured layers of heat embossing. I have even used the new Uniko Simply Said Blocks Occasions for the sentiment here too.

Lots more gorgeous uses of this stamp set over on the Uniko Brand Ambassadors blogs, go check them out!

Don't forget to check back tomorrow for the full reveal, release and of course a GIVEAWAY!

Uniko January 2025 Release - Introducing... Ink & Flip Layering Flower Stencil AND Simply Said Blocks Occasions Clear Stamp Set

Good morning,

Anyone know what day it is? We are most definitely still in that 'lost' period before the children go back to school and we get back to usual routines! Right, I think it's Friday! Blimey that means I really need to get a wriggle on and make sure the children actually have what they need ready for school on Monday...new school bags (Christmas presents), clothes that fit, shoes that weren't ruined before they broke up for Christmas...!

Taking a break from my household issues (!), lets look at the next two products on the Uniko January 2025 release. Here we have another brilliantly designed Ink & Flip layering stencil, this time a Flower.

I have used both the inner and outer stencils but kept the colours the same when inking up both for a streamlined look. I have heat embossed the sentiment from the Uniko Birthday Sentiments set which is well worth an investment if you don't already have this. I use it all the time.

I love to use the inner stencils from the ink & flip range to create shaker cards like the above. I added some small sequins and glitter to the shaker. Turns out the glitter was a slight error as I don't appear to have a full closure around the edges and every time I shake the card the desk ends up covered in glitter!! I thought this would make a cute new baby card so I used the Uniko Everyday Spring Sentiments stamp set.

The second Uniko product being introduced today is Simply Said Blocks Occasions stamp set which adds to and builds on the Simply Said Blocks series.

This card is from yesterdays blog post and is not at all in season but I was so excited to see the Halloween sentiment and when I picked up the Uniko Mid Century Modern Stars & Circles stencil I saw spooky eyes! I created the 'eyes' using black and white Nuvo drops.

There is lots more amazing inspiration on the Uniko Brand Ambassadors blogs. Hop over and leave them some love.

Uniko January 2025 Release - Introducing... Flower Power #11 and Stencil - Mid Century Modern Stars & Circles

Welcome back,

We are in full swing with our Uniko January 2025 release introductions and today we have two further fantastic products to introduce.

First up we have an addition to the Flower Power range, this being number 11 in the series.

As you can see this floral is similar to a tulip and has both a solid and an outline stamp with some very lovely friendship sentiments.

Both the above cards use the new Uniko Mid Century Modern Stars & Circles stencil and sentiments from the new Simply Said Blocks Occasions stamp set which will be introduced tomorrow.

Lots of lovely creations by the Uniko Brand Ambassadors on their own blogs as follows:

Uniko January 2025 Release - Introducing... Ink & Flip Layering Geometric Gem AND Sparkle Sentiments Clear Stamp Set

Happy New Year!

I hope the New Year is starting off well for you? I wonder what excitement 2025 has in store? Well I can't say much about anything further into the year (lack of crystal ball!) but what I can say is that we have a couple of great Uniko product introductions today and even more as we go through the rest of the week and weekend.

Bev has worked her magic once again and created another amazing ink & flip layering stencil set called Geometric Gem. And she has designed these absolutely gorgeous Sparkle Sentiments to go with it. I have used both of the stencils in the set on the above card and also added a few water flecks to add to the 'gem' effect. The sentiment is heat embossed in white to let the gem stand out in all it's glory.

Unlike the first card, this card just uses one of the stencils from the set, which works just beautifully on its own. The sentiment is heat embossed with black sparkle powder which is so gorgeous in real life but of course really hard to capture on photo!

The rest of the Uniko Brand Ambassadors have done a super job with this new stencil and stamp set so make sure you have a look at their blog posts and leave some gems of comments (see what I did there?!! ha ha!).

Uniko January 2025 Release - Introducing... Layering Picked Posies Stencil

Good morning and Happy New Year's Eve!

We are very excited to kick of the Uniko January 2025 with an introduction to this fantastic Layering Picked Posies stencil.

This card uses all four layers of the stencil set but only part of the full image which is actually square. I teamed it with a sentiment from the Uniko Doodle Flowers stamp set.

For this card I only used two of the stencil layers and fussy cut the flower heads to arrange on my card front. The sentiment is made up from Uniko Simply Said Blocks and the new addition to the Simply Said Blocks set being introduced later this week.

Don't forget to check out the rather beautiful introductions from the rest of the Uniko Brand Ambassadors and come back tomorrow for more loveliness.

To celebrate it being New Year's Eve, Bev is generously giving away one of these stencil sets if you leave lovely comments on any of the Brand Ambassadors blogs or across Uniko's social media channels...

It's Beginning To Look Like... Introducing Uniko Framed - Fairy Lights

Hello,

Welcome to our last introduction post before we reveal everything in full tomorrow. But for now, we are introducing Uniko Framed - Fairy Lights.

I had lots of fun painting in the lights and adding a 'halo' to each one. I did this using my ink cubes but you could also use watercolour paints. The sentiment is also from this lovely new stamp set.

I focused on a blue theme for my second card and added the sentiment from the Uniko Big & Bold Joy stamp set, introduced yesterday.

Lots of lovely projects from the Uniko Brand Ambassadors if you follow the blog links below, and don't forget to come back tomorrow for the reveal, release and GIVEAWAY!

It's Beginning To Look Like... Introducing Uniko BIG & BOLD Joy

Morning,

Here we are with another introduction post for the Uniko Oct / Nov release. Today we are introducing Uniko Big & Bold Joy stamp set.

There are lots of lovely sentiments to add to the big 'Joy', all of which make me start singing Christmas songs in my head! I heat embossed the sentiments in black glitter embossing powder and stamped the other elements from the set below it.

Some more heat embossing but this time white glitter sparkle on dark blue card and even more of the additional elements from the new stamp set. I fussy cut them all and raised them up using foam pads.

Do follow the hop along the Uniko Brand Ambassadors links below to see the fantastic creations from the rest of the team.

It's Beginning To Look Like... Introducing Uniko Background Blocks Snow Flurry

Welcome,

We are currently on day three of the Uniko Oct / Nov release introductions and today we have Uniko Background Blocks Snow Flurry.

Here I have double stamped the background block, side by side. I have then used the individual snowflakes from the Uniko Framed - Snowflakes stamp set which is complimentary to this new stamp.

For this card I used distress oxide inks to create a rainbow background. I then stamped the Background Blocks Snow Flurry and heat embossed using black glitter powder. Some of the detail has been lost on the photo but the card looks super sparkly and perfect for that Christmas party vibe.

Well that's all from me today but the Uniko Brand Ambassadors have some great stuff for you to check out:

It's Beginning To Look Like... Reintroducing Uniko Pure Florals Poinsettia

Hi there,

Thanks for joining us today as we reintroduce Uniko Pure Florals Poinsettia stamp set.

The fine detail on the poinsettia makes this a perfect stamp to heat emboss and here I have used gold embossing powder on dark blue card. I have then shaded the petals using a white polychromo pencil. The sentiment is also from this reintroduced set.

For this card I have used a dark green card base and added branches from the Uniko Winter Foliage stamp set. I have then stamped and coloured the poinsettia twice, fussy cutting the inner layer and adding to the second image using foam pads, in a decoupage style.

Much more lovely introductions over on the Brand Ambassadors blog pages:

It's Beginning To Look Like... Reintroducing Uniko Christmas Pop

Morning all,

Welcome to the start of the Uniko Oct / Nov release and today we are reintroducing the Uniko Christmas Pop stamp set.

The set contains several trees of differing styles. Here I have heat embossed one using white (or clear) embossing powder along with a sentiment from the Uniko Pure Florals Poinsettia stamp set (also being reintroduced this week). I then selected two pink and three green distress oxides to create a 'haze' effect around the tree and sentiment.

With the solid tree from the set I created a Christmas Angel, adding wings from the Uniko English Country Garden Butterflies set and the head and halo from the Uniko Background Blocks Graffiti Texture stamp. The sentiment is from the Uniko Peace on Earth stamp set.

Now it's time to check out the fabulous creations from the rest of the Uniko Brand Ambassadors:

And pop back tomorrow for another product introduction.

Uniko Let's Have Some FLIPPIN' Seasonal Fun - Introducing Ink & Flip Layering Geometric Christmas Tree

Morning!

Welcome back to our week of celebrating the brilliant Uniko Ink & Flip stencils. As part of this fun we have revisited some previously released stencils and we are introducing two new ones. Yesterday we introduced the fabulous Ink & Flip Layering Cobweb and today we are introducing the equally wonderful Uniko Ink & Flip Layering Geometric Christmas Tree.

For this card I stuck with the traditional greens of an evergreen tree and light blues for the outer stencil, representing the sky. I added the stars to the top of my tree and the sky from the Uniko Reach For The Stars stamp set. The sentiment is from the Uniko Most Wonderful stamp set.

I went with non traditional colours for my next card but ones I like to use often on my Christmas cards. I went with a softer palette for the background and bolder colours for the tree which I inked up three times before fussy cutting. I scored a fold line down the centre of each tree, folded and adhered the right half of one to the left half of the next to create my 3D tree. I then adhered this to the inked panel. The sentiment is also from the Uniko Most Wonderful stamp set.

Now head over to the Uniko blog to check out the fantastic ideas the rest of the Uniko Brand Ambassadors had for this great new product.

Don't forget to pop back tomorrow for the full reveal, release and Brand Ambassador blog hop and GIVEAWAY!

Uniko Let's Have Some FLIPPIN' Seasonal Fun - Introducing Ink & Flip Layering Cobweb

Hiya,

Oh have we got a great new Uniko Ink & Flip stencil to introduce to you today...Layering Cobweb. Perfect for the up and coming Halloween season, and so much fun to play with!

Just look at this beauty, and since when did a monochrome card look so great?! I created my spider by stamping one of the 'flower heads' from the Uniko Mid Century Modern Florals stamp set and added the legs and web string with a black gel pen. Quite effective I thought! Please note that the sentiment is NOT from a Uniko set but I'm sure Bev will look at some spooky sentiments to add to the collection soon!

This is a two part ink & flip stencil and on the above card I have used both the inner and outer stencils, this time adding some colour to the web. Again the spider is created using the Uniko Mid Century Modern Florals stamp set and the sentiment is from the Uniko Floral Vines stamp set. I don't send many (any!) Halloween cards so I thought I could use this as a seasonal birthday card instead!

Uniko Introducing - Flower Power #10

Welcome back,

Today we have the final product introduction on the Uniko June 24 release. This product is another great addition to the Flower Power series. Uniko Flower Power #10 has a mid century modern vibe.

Starting off with a CAS card, a simple bloom in a die cut frame. I have kept my colouring flat, i.e. no shading, but I have seen some amazing shaded colouring of this bloom by the other Brand Ambassadors and it looks super either way.

For my next card I created a bloom wreath using the flower head and one of the extra leaf stamps. Again I've gone with a CAS style but there are lots of ways to use the Flower Power series especially if you mix and match the elements of the stamp sets.

Lots more super creations by the Uniko Brand Ambassadors over on the Uniko blog.

Uniko Introducing - Background Blocks Offset Stripes

Hello there,

Here we go again with another wonderful Uniko Introduction and today we have Uniko Background Blocks Offset Stripes.

I saw a great opportunity to create a simple but bold card by inking up each stipe in a different colour and using a sentiment from the Uniko Birthday Sentiments stamp set.

In my second card I have created a full background using the new stamp and added a die cut 'happy' from the Uniko Big & Bold Happy die set.

Hop over to the Uniko blog and check out the fantastic introductions from the rest of the Uniko Brand Ambassadors.

Uniko Introducing - Flower Power #9

Hi All,

Welcome to today's Uniko Introduction of Flower Power #9, a wonderful addition to the Flower Power series.

This stamp set follows the format of the previous Flower Power stamp sets and is therefore easy to mix and match with the others too. This set has a honeycomb and bee theme, with the bee in this set being slightly smaller than the on with the Uniko Bee Happy stamp set.

For this card I have used the larger 'flower head' as the honeycomb since it's such a flexible set to work with.

Lots more amazing Brand Ambassador inspiration over on the Uniko blog as always!

Uniko Introducing - Ink & Flip Geometric Hexagon

Good morning,

Today we have another exciting Ink & Flip stencil from Uniko. These are very clever designs where you ink the stencil on one side, clean, flip over and ink the other side to create fantastic designs.

There are two stencils in this set and here I have used both. I have inked them up using two shades of Distress Oxide ink, Antique Linen and Fossilized Amber. I have added the honeycomb, bees and sentiment from the Uniko Bee Happy stamp set. But you might notice some of the bees a smaller than the centre (queen) bee and this might be a little hint of something coming later this week!

My next card is completely different and with so much football going on in our house at present (awards ceremony, tournaments and of course the Euro's), my mind saw the inner stencil of the Geometric Hexagon as a football! Inked up in black and white then added to a simple background created using green card strips, white gel ink pen and sentiments from the Uniko Floral Vines and Uniko Everyday Family stamp sets.

Lots more brilliant introduction creations by the Uniko Brand Ambassadors over on the Uniko blog.

Much love
